Individual Therapy

You may know what you want in life, yet still feel stuck repeating the same reactions, relationships, or internal struggles. Individual therapy is a relational process that helps you identify and understand what’s happening beneath the surface—the emotional patterns, relational habits, and protective responses that developed outside of awareness and continue to shape your life. As these patterns become clearer, change becomes more possible.

couples Therapy

Couples therapy is a relational process that helps uncover the emotional and interactional patterns operating outside of awareness—patterns that shape how you and your partner respond to one another, especially during moments of stress or disconnection. As these patterns become clearer, new possibilities for understanding, closeness, and change can emerge. Rather than focusing on blame or quick fixes, we slow things down and explore what’s happening between you, so you can move toward a relationship that feels more intentional, connected, and aligned with what you both want.

Groups Therapy

I offer group therapy based on the themes and areas of interest that consistently emerge in my private practice. Over time, I have noticed that certain struggles are not isolated or personal failures, but shared human experiences shaped by culture, relationships, and unspoken expectations.

Brainspotting

Is a powerful, focused therapy that helps access and process trauma, emotional pain, and deeply stored experiences in the brain and body. By using specific eye positions connected to emotional processing, Brainspotting allows the brain to naturally release and heal unresolved stress, trauma, and emotional blocks.
